How this works
Offer 3–5 times that suit you. Long's AI assistant chooses one from that list — it weighs his calendar and his own preferences, not just whoever asked first.
Once a time is confirmed, an email arrives with the meeting link in it.
Submitting holds nothing. Two people can offer the same time; the assistant decides which one gets it.
Weekdays only, two windows a day: 12:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00 PT. No weekends.
Times are Pacific Time (San Jose). Each slot also shows that time in your own time zone.
